MarcAnthony Dinardo School, located at 128 Duncan Avenue, is a three-story, 58,480 square foot building built in 1898. Spaces include classrooms, a gymnasium, an auditorium, offices, cafeterias, hallways, stairwells, and mechanical and storage spaces. The facility lighting system consists of a mix of linear 32-Watt fluorescent fixtures and LED fixtures. The building is 100% heated by two gas-fired steam boilers and is partially cooled by window air conditioning units.
