An Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) is single renovation or improvement project that generates energy savings. To develop the list of Energy Conservation Measures, DCO used four (4) sources.

The ECM Matrix of below showing 680 ECMs is preliminary. During the development of the Energy Savings Plan, JCPS will be able to choose the ECMs that are included in the final, financed ESIP project.
